Instructions for downloading and viewing the videos

There are two main options for viewing the videos:

1) Download them to your computer to watch them.
2) Watch them directly in the member area by streaming them.

DOWNLOADING TO YOUR COMPUTER:

We've provided the videos in MP4 format. The MP4 should work on Windows computers AND Apple Macs.

I recommend making a folder on your computer where you will keep all the videos.

To download a file, right-click on it and save it to your hard drive. For example in Internet Explorer you would do a right-click and "save target as". Don't just click it regularly, otherwise, your browser may attempt to play the file directly instead of downloading it!

After you've downloaded it, try double-clicking on the file, and most likely it will play in your default media player. There are a wide variety of media players that will play these MP4 files, including Windows Media Player, Quicktime, and Itunes.

If you have trouble with any of those media players, or if you need a media player, you can download the VLC Media Player for free at:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

The VLC player works on both PC's and Macs and can play these videos.

WATCHING ONLINE:

Click the arrow in the video player. Please allow up to a couple minutes for the video to start playing.

If you have trouble viewing any of the videos online, please try these solutions.

Most problems are solved by updating your flash player, or playing the video in a different browser. For example, FireFox may have trouble playing MP4 files, in which case you could try a different browser such as Internet Explorer or Chrome.

You can maximize the video to full-screen mode by clicking the arrows in the bottom right corner of the video player while the video is playing.
